"Mark, owner of Bob's Septic, always helps my clients when in a time crunch. He even answered his phone on a Saturday and agreed to look at a project an hour later! The work was completed the next Monday for the price he quoted. (We had other quotes, too, and they were all pretty much in line with each other) Mark also helped another client of mine when their tanks were shot. All new tanks were needed, and he got the job done for a fair price. The only very minor thing I could say is I wish his paperwork were a little more professional, but he gets the job done!"

"We had a problem with the lift pump on our septic system. Team arrived at the house within an hour. Came with parts needed for repairs. Both gentlemen were polite and knowledgeable. Problem was repaired and system operating within two hours of the initial call. Highly recommend."
